Simple monthly pricing
Every agency gets every feature. You pay a small base fee plus a rate for each worker, and the rate drops as you grow. One-time setup of $500 includes loading your current workers. Pay yearly and get 2 months free.
How it is priced
$10 a month, plus a rate for each active worker. The minimum is $49 a month.
Only active workers count. Workers who have left your agency are not billed.

Is AnchorAxis right for my type of agency?
It is built first for NC behavioral health and home care: peer support, PCA/DSP, QP and licensed clinicians. Other kinds of agencies can add their own roles, and we are adding case management and ACT teams. Not sure? Call (862) 298-8667 and we will tell you honestly whether it fits today.
Can you load my current employees?
Yes. The one-time $500 setup includes loading your current workers, so you start with your whole team, not just new hires.
Where are worker documents kept, and who can see them?
In private storage. Only your agency's approved staff can open them, through short-lived links, and every time someone opens a document it is logged. AnchorAxis staff cannot open your workers' documents. Each agency sees only its own people.
Do you store bank account numbers or full Social Security numbers?
We do not collect bank account numbers. AnchorAxis is built to keep sensitive details to a minimum, so we ask only for what an audit file needs.
Does it replace my billing system?
No. AnchorAxis does not do billing, EVV, Medicaid claims or client clinical records. It tracks your staff's onboarding, credentials and training, and it works alongside whatever billing system you use.
What do my workers have to do?
They sign in, see their checklist, and upload documents from their phone. You open each one, verify it, or send it back with a note.
How much does it cost?

Will it make sure I pass an audit?
It keeps every staff file organized and shows you what is missing or about to expire, so there are fewer surprises. Passing an audit still depends on your agency's own records and practices, and AnchorAxis cannot guarantee a result.
