The service

AnchorAxis is software that helps agencies organize worker onboarding: role checklists, document collection and review, tracking of credential and training dates, reminders, and records of who reviewed what and when.

What AnchorAxis does not do

AnchorAxis is a tool to help you stay organized. It does not give legal or regulatory advice, and it does not guarantee that you meet any law, rule, contract or accreditation standard. Requirement lists in the service are provided as a starting point; you are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to your agency and for every hiring and clearance decision.

Your account and your users

• You decide who in your agency gets access, and you remove access when someone leaves.
• Keep sign-in details private. Each person uses their own login.
• You are responsible for having the right to collect the information you ask workers to provide, and for telling them how you use it.
• Do not upload bank account numbers, client or patient clinical records, or full background-check reports.

Your data

Your agency's records belong to your agency. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request a copy of your records at any time.

Plans, billing and cancelling

• Pricing is a monthly base fee plus a rate for each active worker, as shown in the pricing section of our website. Only active workers are counted. Plans are billed monthly in advance.
• A one-time setup fee applies. It includes loading your current workers.
• Your monthly price changes as your number of active workers changes.
• You can cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of the month you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access another agency's information, interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that puts other agencies or workers at risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AnchorAxis available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AnchorAxis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
