How AnchorAxis protects your records
Last updated October 21, 2026
Agencies trust us with worker documents and health screening results. These are the protections built into AnchorAxis today.
Each agency sees only its own staff
Separation between agencies is enforced inside the database and file storage rules themselves, so a page or link cannot show one agency's workers to another. These rules are tested, including attempts by another agency's staff and by signed-out visitors.
Private document storage
- Worker documents are kept in private storage, never on public links.
- Staff open a document through a link made on our server that works for 60 seconds, after their access is checked.
- Only PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 10 MB are accepted.
- Workers can add documents to their own file but cannot change or delete them afterward.
- AnchorAxis platform administrators cannot open worker documents.
Every review is recorded
Opening a document, verifying it, sending it back with a note, and undoing a verification are each recorded with who did it and when. If the record of a document opening cannot be saved, the document does not open.
Sign-in protection
- Sign-in and password reset forms are protected from automated attacks.
- Password reset links expire and can be used once.
- Signing out clears the session in that browser.
Less data, less risk
AnchorAxis is designed not to hold bank details, client clinical records, visit verification data, Medicaid claims, or full background-check reports.
